How Much Does Author Activator Live Cost? Full Pricing Breakdown

Author Activator Live has two ticket tiers: the Austin Event Ticket at $1,997 (early bird $997) and the Full Experience at $3,500 (early bird $1,997). Both get you two full days with Keira Brinton in Round Rock, Texas on October 26–27, 2026, where you work through the LivedTrue™ framework to find your book's message and leave with a real outline — not just notes.

Here's the full breakdown, what each tier actually includes, and how to decide which one fits where you are in your book.

The Two Ticket Tiers at Author Activator Live

Both prices are in USD. The early-bird window closes September 1, 2026 at 11:59pm Central — after that, both tiers jump to full price.

What You Get at Each Price Point

The Austin Event Ticket includes:

• Two full days live with Keira in Austin (Oct 26–27)
• In-person channeling and Keira's exact author frameworks
• LivedTrue™ access to channel and organize your book
• A powerful community of authors and leaders
• Lifetime access to the recordings and your workbook

The Full Experience includes everything above, plus:

• 12-week AuthorCode coaching programme
• The complete digital course
• LivedTrue™ access extended through November 1, 2026

The difference between the two isn't the quality of the two days — it's what happens after. The Austin Event Ticket gets you unstuck and gives you a finished outline and workbook to take home. The Full Experience adds 12 weeks of coaching so you're not writing alone once the event ends.

Why the Price Reflects Two Different Problems

Most people who come to Author Activator Live fall into one of two camps. Camp one knows exactly what's stopping them: they can't get clear on what the book is actually about, or they've started and stopped the manuscript so many times they've lost trust in themselves. For this group, two days with Keira and the LivedTrue™ framework is often the whole fix. That's the Austin Event Ticket.

Camp two has the same starting point — stuck on message, structure, or confidence — but knows that once the fog clears, they'll need accountability to actually finish a draft. That's what the 12-week AuthorCode coaching inside the Full Experience is built for. You're not paying twice for the same thing; you're paying once for the breakthrough and once for the follow-through.

If you're not sure which camp you're in, this is a useful gut-check: have you been stuck on what to write, or stuck on finishing what you've already started? The first points to the Austin Event Ticket. The second points to the Full Experience.

We've written a longer breakdown on how to choose the right author event when you're stuck on your book if you want to work through that decision in more detail before you buy.

How This Compares to Other Author Coaching Options

A lot of the authors who end up at Author Activator Live have already tried something else — a template, a ghostwriter consult, a generic coaching program — and still feel like the book is trapped in their head. The honest answer for why that happens is usually structural: those programs start with how to write before you've nailed what you're actually saying. Author Activator Live starts with the message, using Keira Brinton's named LivedTrue™ framework, because a clear message is what makes the writing fast.

If you're weighing this against an ongoing coaching relationship or a self-paced course, we lay out the real tradeoffs — timeline, cost, and what kind of support each model gives you — in Author Activator Live vs. ongoing author coaching programs. And if you're trying to figure out whether you need an event at all versus a coaching program, this comparison walks through that exact question.

A Simple Checklist Before You Buy

Use this to decide which ticket — or whether either — is right for you right now:

• I have expertise but no finished book. Either ticket works.
• I've started and stopped my manuscript more than once. Either ticket works, but the Full Experience's 12 weeks will help you finish what you start this time.
• I have too many ideas and can't organize them. This is exactly what the two days and the LivedTrue™ framework are built to solve.
• I've bought courses or templates and I'm still stuck. The gap is usually message clarity, not more information — the Austin Event Ticket addresses that directly.
• I need help writing and staying accountable for months, not days. The Full Experience adds the 12-week AuthorCode coaching for that.
• I'm not sure if I need a coach, a ghostwriter, or to just sit down and write. Start with two days of clarity before committing to anything longer or more expensive.

What the Price Doesn't Include

To be clear about what's not bundled in: travel and accommodation at Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas are separate from the ticket price. The event runs October 26–27, 2026, in the America/Chicago timezone — plan arrival and departure around those two full days.

If you've read this far and you're ready to see current availability and lock in the early-bird rate before September 1, 2026, you can check ticket details and register here. There's no pressure to decide today — but the early-bird price is the lowest either tier will be.

The Bottom Line

Author Activator Live costs $1,997 (early bird $997) for the two-day event, or $3,500 (early bird $1,997) for the two days plus 12 weeks of coaching and the complete digital course. The right tier depends on whether you need a breakthrough, follow-through, or both.
